The 2006 March in the Pugs event was held March 5th.  Thank you to everyone who donated and who came out to support the event! There were contests, vendors, photography, raffles and a silent auction!

The costume contest was especially successful, with nearly 30 entries. Captain Jack won first place (proud Mom ~ Cara Carr).  Jack won a modeling contract with Hands N Paws online company. Other popular costumes included a Bengals pug with a bandaged leg (guess which player?), hula pugs, a Basset queen, and a sunflower pug. Everyone was so original!  Ethel Marie from Princeton, Kentucky won a prize for the farthest traveled.
